About
Ricky Bloxsom is a brand and digital designer with 10+ years of industry experience having played a role in launching digital, physical, print, packaging, experiential, and interactive projects for non-profits, tech, media, construction, hospitality, and wellness companies, brand, digital, and ad agencies, for global, national, and local companies.
He has developed his process based around the idea that "there are no stupid questions". Being willing to challenge preconceptions and question the obvious with humility leads to a holistic and fundamental understanding of relevant challenges and creates options that may have previously been considered off limits.
As a team member he brings humility, curiosity, and positive energy when working as a member of or a leader. Creating an environment that promotes collaboration and exploration to elevate the standard of work for all.

Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that we live, work, and recreate within the tribal homelands of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, and Klamath people, among others. This acknowledgement is not an attempt to undo the hurt and harm that has been done and continues to be done to indigineous peoples, land, and water but it is an effort to recognize and change the way we see and interact with our history and our world.
