A multi-year engagement working with a small team to redesign, from the ground up, the shipping, tracking, and rating platforms. These are systems governed by incredibly complex user requirements, prexisting third-party tools, and international regulation.
The solution involved completely re-thinking the user experience, building new tools engineered by data-scientists, and flowing the new design into FedEx's B2B products. This was all proved out by dozens of rounds of global usability testing.
